Eli's 5th Riddle: What can one learn from a very bizarre project? - Ends Feb. 1st, 2012
The 5th Riddle, What Can One Learn from a Very Bizarre Project, is
now open for answer submissions! This riddle will be open until the
end of January 2012. Please submit your answer by clicking on the link below.
Riddle (partial):
When Knowledge and Innovation Inc. asked Aaron to implement
the TOC methodology for running projects at the company he was very
pleased. The company, whom he got to
know from the two workshops on CCPM he delivered to two different groups of
engineers, seemed to be mature and ready to take the next step and implement
the change. The workshops were well
received and top management were truly enthusiastic as lateness of projects had
been a major problem for the otherwise successful company.
Aaron started the CCPM strategic process according
to the book: two projects were stopped
and another three were frozen. The five remaining
projects were carefully planned according to the 50% cut of the planned task
times and inserting the appropriate buffers.
