Submitting an Implementer Case Study
Experienced TOCICO certified practitioners that want to submit an application for "TOCICO Certified Implementer” certification must complete, in full detail, the attached template and include references from senior management at the company to validate both the results and the contribution of the applicant on the project.

The cost of submission is $300 ($150 for Academic Members) payable on confirmation that your submission has been received and was deemed complete and accurate including validating references by the TOCICO Certification Steering Committee Chair.

Submissions will only be accepted if each of the 8 Parts of the template (below) has been completed and your case study has been paid for.
