Eli Schragenheim presents
"How many constraints might be active at the same time in an organization"

About the Webinar:
• What is a constraint and what is a core problem?
o Is policy constraint a constraint?  How come?
• How fast can the constraint move?
o Meaning, the older constraint stops to be a constraint as another one emerges as the current constraint
• A new claim:  Any organization faces TWO different constraints at any given time!
o Each impacts a basic necessary key process for the organization.
o One controls the flow of T.
o The other controls the growth of the organization.
