Eli Schragenheim presents The Variety Dilemma

About the Webinar:  About one hundred years ago one model of a car in black was enough to win sales.  Nowadays, it is definitely not enough.  Manufacturers as well as retailers are required to provide enough options to the customer to choose from.  How wide variety of seemingly similar products is required to enhance sales? Could it be that too wide variety actually reduces sales? What is the price we pay for maintaining too high variety of similar SKUs?  Are most managers aware of the full price? Are the variety considerations the same for manufacturing as well as for retailers?  What are the signals we could see from having too wide variety – or too low?  Eli Schragenheim would discuss the above questions.  These questions look beyond maintaining availability.  And it is still TOC!
