Dr. Kelvyn Youngman presents Two Types of Clouds - Session TWO: Didactic Arguments and Local/Global Clouds

About the Webinar:   In this second session I will review dialectic and didactic arguments, and show how didactic arguments are applied to local/global clouds.  We will briefly examine the relationship between Machiavelli and the change matrix and then return to the synthetic example from the first session using MRP and ABC, this time as a didactic argument with a local/global cloud.  Our UDE's are now in plain sight and the DE's are different.  We then develop the role of security and satisfaction and several basic verbalizations of these clouds.  Finally we look in some detail at the far-reaching relationships between self-interest and common-interest.

About the Presenter:  Dr. Youngman has been actively involved in Theory of Constraints for some time, both in New Zealand and also Japan, principally with drum-buffer-rope manufacturing solutions.  He has also applied the same to one of New Zealand's largest tertiary hospitals.   He is the author of the on-line resource "A Guide To Implementing The Theory of Constraints" which has been used around the world since 2003.
