This rate is available for
people who live close around the area, or wish to commute to the
conference from a close location. This rate includes the conference,
lunch, and high speed internet BUT NOT YOUR SLEEPING ROOM OR DINNER.

PLEASE READ: After you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain important information regarding the conference, including check-in information, transportation options and other pertinent information.
The meals included in your registration are lunch during the day only for the
FOUR CONFERENCE DAYS of June 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th. If you wish to have
breakfast or dinner, or have additional meals outside of the core days, the
additional meal fees will be: Breakfast - $12.00; Lunch - $20.00; Dinner
- $28.00. Meals are purchased at the hostess stand in Osgood’s Dining
TRANSPORTATION: Conference price for commuters does NOT include
ground transportation to/from the airport. Transportation options can be
found by clicking here.
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN: Check-in
will occur on the 1st day of the conference for the day and for the
full conference from 8am-9am, at the Registration Table located by
Benjamin Franklin Hall. If you arrive after June 8th, please visit the
TOCICO staff office in room 20, adjacent to the break station, to pick
up your conference bag and name badge and meal ticket starting at 8am.
A meal ticket will
also be given to you. Your meal ticket will show which days you have
meals included in your registration. Any meals and times that are not
marked are not included in your registration and will be billed to you
separately. If you arrive after June 8th, please visit the TOCICO staff
office to pick up your conference bag, name badge and meal ticket.
