Works since 1984 as instructor, speaker and consultant on several methodologies for business excellence, including TOC-driven organizational transformations that include the best contributions of Lean, Six Sigma and Qualiplus' methodology "Business Management by Processes". |

| Along more than 25 years, Eduardo Moura has trained thousands of engineers, managers and executives of large companies in Brazil, Ecuador, Peru and Sweden. From 1986 till 2004 has accumulated all graduate-level professional certifications from the American Society for Quality as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE, 1986), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE, 1987), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA, 1990) and Certified Quality Manager (CQM, 1997). Lead Assessor by Stat-A-Matrix (USA, 1992). Quality Specialist title obtained at Campinas University (UNICAMP, 1994). Examiner for Brazilian National Quality Award in 1995. In 1999 received from the American Supplier Institute the title of Certified Taguchi Expert, being the fist Brazilian with such qualification. Has published several technical in Brazil and the USA. Author of the book “How to Determine Sample Size and Estimate Failure Rate in Life Testing”, Vol. 15 of ASQ´s “How-To” series, ASQ Quality Press (USA), 1991. Author of the book “The Seven New Quality Tools” (in Portuguese), Mc Graw Hill Brasil, 1993. Author and instructor of several methodologies used by Qualipus, among which are “Focused Strategic Planning”, “Business Management by Processes”, “Six Sigma Plus Black Belt/Green Belt Certification Program” and “DFSS – Design for Six Sigma”. Certified Thinking Process Practitioner by TOCICO. |
