Transforming You into a Buy-In Champ – Part 2: Incorporating CMC & S-TP
|Kathy Austin - Chief Strategist Focused Profit Strategies, LLC |
The presentation at last year’s TOCICO conference was well-received and attended by those at Cape Town. It summarized Goldratt’s Buy-In processes since 1991 and offered checklists and updated proven suggestions to successfully accomplish Buy-In.Why change?
Last year’s presentation addressed traditional Thinking Processes. It did not address any required modifications when using the Change Matrix Cloud or Simplified Thinking Processes. These must also be considered.
What to change?
The Change Matrix Cloud and Simplified Thinking Processes do not use either Current or Future Reality Trees. Nor do they employ a Core Conflict Cloud, PreRequisite Tree, or Transition Tree. Those attempting Buy-In have no frame of reference for adapting or deriving their Buy-In targets, personae, or preparation. What to change to?
This presentation provides the author’s recommendations on how to effectively achieve Buy-In of IIP, DRP, and OP when using CMC and S-TP.
How to cause the change?
This presentation compares, contrasts, and provides recommendations to trim the NBRs/overcome the obstacles no matter which method(s) the analyst chooses to use (traditional or CMC/S-TP).
How do you measure, refocus, sustain and grow the change?
Checklists, as well as problem/success indicators will be provided as part of the presentation.
