Rocco Surace, CPA, ABV, CVA, Jonah, is a Partner in Bonadio & Co. LLP, a Certified Public Accounting and Consultancy firm located in Northeastern United States. He works with numerous organizations, in various industries, directing their current accounting and tax requirements. Rocco devotes much of his time for the advancement of TOC in industry and education. He is notably involved in education and organizations to advance the CPA profession. Rocco received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Accounting from Niagara University. Also, he is an active member on several boards including: Niagara University Board of Advisors, Buffalo Niagara Partnership and its Manufacturing Council.
Dr. James Holt, professor at Washington State University, received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2013 TOCICO International Conference in Bad Nauheim, Germany. James learned of theory of constraints in the late 1980’s, becoming a Jonah in 1990 and teaching theory of constraints as a faculty member at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) the Air Force's graduate school of engineering and management at Wright Patterson AFB. James was instrumental in introducing TOC in the Air Force logistics and maintenance depots. After retirement from the Air Force, James joined the Engineering Management at the Washington State University where he was a pioneer in both distance learning teaching and in teaching theory of constraints in academia. During his tenure at Washington State, James developed a graduate level theory of constraints certificate program, the first such program. James has taught thousands of students across the world in his distance learning courses on production (and supply chain), thinking processes, etc. James is an internationally known speaker on theory of constraints and coauthor of a chapter: Theory of Constraints in Complex Organizations in the TOC Handbook and numerous other publications on theory of constraints.
Dr. Alan Barnard is recognized as one of the leading TOC Experts in the world. He is the CEO of Goldratt Research Labs, Chairman of Realization Africa, Chairman of African Phosphates and Chairman of The Odyssey Institute. He was a founding board member and chairman of TOCICO (Theory of Constraints Certification Organization) from 2003-2005 and received the TOCICO Lifetime Achievement award in 2006. He also serves as a judge on the Southern Africa Logistics Achievement Awards and Technology Top 100 awards. Dr. Barnard is a frequent presenter at TOCICO conferences, has authored numerous articles on the latest TOC research projects he lead and was also the author of two chapters in the McGraw Hill "Theory of Constraints Handbook” on "How to achieve Continuous Improvement the TOC Way” and "How to achieve a Holistic TOC Implementation within the private and public sector”.

His experience includes helping companies such as Deutsche Post, DHL, General Motors, Swisscom, Hewlett-Packard, and FMC Technologies significantly improve their bottom lines. As part of this he developed Business System Optimization, a method to improve organizational processes, policies, and structure to achieve strategic corporate objectives including expanded market share, market leadership, and profitability. He has lead strategic, business transformation, supply chain management and IT project and his expertise also includes post-merger integration of supply chain operations for major international groups. He is one of the leading TOC and management experts in Europe. Today he is the General Manager Europe, Middle East and Africa for Pinnacle Strategies.
Rami Goldratt is Chief Executive Officer of Goldratt Consulting, headquartered in Israel and represented around the world, and is recognized worldwide as a leading Theory of Constraints (TOC) authority. Rami worked with his father, Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, in developing the TOC Insights, a self learning product for TOC applications in Operations, Finance & Measurements, Project Management & Engineering and Distribution and Supply Chain.
Alex has pioneered the application of Dr Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints in many industries across the world, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and FMCG. Alex was personally mentored by Dr. Goldratt for over two decades and is the inventor and developer of QFI’s TOC applications and consulting interventions. Bill Taylor is the 2011 - 2012 Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOCICO, and Principal of Taylors Consulting International, LLC, based in Atlanta, GA., USA. Bill has been associated with Coca-Cola for the last 40 years. His last executive assignment with Coca-Cola was as CEO of SPAIPA, a 1 billion dollar Coca-Cola bottling, sales and distribution company based in Curitiba, Brazil. After retiring from SPAIPA in 2002, Bill created Taylors Of Curitiba, a TOC consulting company, working projects in education, wood, paper, banking, insurance, logistics, transportation, heavy machinery, agricultural products, construction, energy, retail and consumer products in Brazil.
