Lisa Anne Ferguson, PhD, Founder and CEO, The Illuminutopia Group Illuminutopia is focused on illuminating the way to utopia for individuals, organizations and the rest of society. Next, Dr. Ferguson spent a year (2007 – 2008) working as Dr. Eli Goldratt’s apprentice as he trained her to become an even more successful writer and speaker, while further developing her TOC expertise. She served on the TOCICO Board of Directors from 2008 – 2011. Professor Ferguson is the author of the chapter on Strategy and Tactic Trees in the Theory of Constraints Handbook. Dr. Ferguson began teaching online classes for Illuminutopia in 2010, and is a published author and consultant with experience guiding Fortune 100 companies down through small businesses. Eli Schragenheim is a well known international management educator, author and consultant active in various fields of management like corporate strategy, decision support, innovation, supply chain, project management, shop-floor control, IT and HR.
