Hitching IT to the TOC Wagon
presented by Dr. John Ricketts and facilitated by Philip Marris
Wednesday, October 14, 2020 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT (GMT-4)
All business and government entities today are affected by, if not dependent on, information technology (IT). Some enterprises have a digital constraint because their IT limits the products and services they deliver. However, even when IT is just a support function, it may range from an occasional to a persistent bottleneck. This webinar discusses factors that lead to misalignment between technical strategy and business strategy. It then covers steps that managers can take to bring business and technology into alignment.
TOCICO is more than ever committed to growing the Theory of Constraints (TOC) for everyone! The mission of TOCICO is to be the primary source of knowledge and pathway to become a real TOC practitioner with member resources and certification recognized worldwide no matter from where you start your journey.
