presented by Humberto Baptista and facilitated by Eli Schragenheim
Wednesday, November 6, 2020 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Time ~ New York)
TOCICO is excited to Live Webinar FREE for Members and only $27 for Guests. Despite the importance of Constraints in TOC, many applications have been very successful without addressing or even identifying, explicitly the constraint of the system. The full cycle of the Thinking Processes, the Viable Vision S&Ts, etc. have been able to deliver results and apparently adhere to all five principles of TOC. What is the role of constraints? How much are they necessary to implement successfully TOC? How precise should their definition be? How specific should be their identification? These questions will read us on a journey that will connect formally the Focusing Steps and the Thinking Processes, the concept of Constraint and Core Problem. In the end we will be able to verbalize what sets TOC apart and what is the bare minimum of elements necessary for a successful TOC implementation. This presentation will be facilitated by Eli Schragenheim and followed by Live Q&A with Humberto and Eli. Please register today!
