Dr. Lisa Ferguson presents How to effectively deal with a time or attention constraint
Webinar: We often feel torn between
the pressures of satisfying our family, friends, work and ourselves. Our time
or attention to expend for achieving those needs is limited. You may or may not
know what your priorities in life are or should be and what your goal in life
is. Nevertheless, you can focus more effectively on creating a more meaningful
life (as defined by what is important to you) by knowing which actions to take
and which actions to stop doing. In this webinar, Dr. Ferguson will
explain how a person more can effectively deal with a time or attention
constraint in order to achieve more of your goal in life. Professor Ferguson
will present insights she gained in her life regarding this topic and then will
open the session to questions and/or discussion.
