Sustainability: Moving from Common Sense to Common Practice
2016 TOCICO International Conference, Leesburg, VA, September 18-21
TOC has been highly successful in all industries, including education, healthcare and government. Quite often manager’s implement solutions to their organizational problems that are based on their intuition, which is often wrong. This is where Theory of Constraints processes prove to be invaluable. Even the most complex problems can be addressed with quite simple yet very powerful solutions. The implementation of Theory of Constraints has enabled managers to focus on and resolve the core conflicts in their organizations with win-win solutions, thereby moving their organizations to increasing levels of success.

However, achieving one decisive edge after another is required to sustain exponential goal growth over time. Common sense solutions must become common practice. BUT HOW?

The 2016 TOCICO International Conference will focus on the necessary processes to ensure sustainability of the TOC solutions.
" Eli Goldratt stated that, "The best solutions start with the right questions…”.
All sessions at this conference will address the following questions structure:

Step 1: What to Change?
Step 2: What to Change to?
Step 3: How to cause the Change?

In addition to addressing Eli’s three change questions, all presentations will include the following:

A) Why was there a need for change?
B) How do you measure, refocus, sustain and grow the change?
