All of the proposals that are submitted will be considered to be speakers at the 2012 International Conference in addition to consideration for the foundation grants. The proposals will be rated by a selected panel of judges, and final decisions will be decided by January 1st, 2012. The top 10 submissions will receive a $1,000 award and they will continue the development of their presentation to answer the Shoulders of Giants process.
STAGE 2 DETAILS
The final submissions from Stage 1 who received a $1,000 award will continue to develop their answers and their final submissions must be sent into TOCICO and the Foundation by March 15th, 2012 to be considered.
These answers are, again, rated by a panel of judges, and are assessed for further development. The three best papers are selected at this time, and each of the three participants will receive a $5,000 award.
The TOP 10 selected presentations will also receive a TOCICO presenters discount and the opportunity to present to the 2012 conference attendees.
FINAL STAGE DETAILS
The top 3 presentations selected in stage two will compete for the Grand Prize of $20,000, which will be awarded at the International Conference.
The other submissions will present at a breakout session, but only if chosen by the TOCICO conference committee.
