 2-DAY CONFERENCE April 30-May 1, 2018    |    PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS April 29, 2018

10 Steps to Breakthrough: Getting A Competitive Edge Through Sufficiency

Presented by Henry Fitzhugh Camp

Eli Goldratt in his book, The Choice, outlined three things necessary to achieve a full life (whether it be personal or business).

1). The stamina to recover from failures.

2). Lots of chances.

3). The ability to work with others.

In this workshop, Henry Camp takes an in-depth exploration of point 3. His hypothesis is that employers fail their employees and, as a result, suffer due to their unwillingness to see change through. Stress from multitasking is often so great that employees are right to resist taking on additional initiatives. He then outlines an alternative model which includes 10 steps you can follow to capture willingness from employees.
