Critical Chain 2020

Improving Project Delivery with Critical Chain

On-time in less time, On-budget at lower cost

Without compromising the scope of quality

Increased productivity of resources

Increased visibility of resources and project status

Improved job satisfaction and morale for your team

Critical Chain delivers projects FASTER, BETTER and at LOWER COST. But don't take our word for it...let the RESULTS speak for themselves.

The world's 3rd largest aircraft manufacturer, Embraer, completed the launch of their latest jet - the E2- in about half the time taken by others. Critical Chain was at the heart of their execution method on this multi-billion dollar endeavor. Embraer's project was awarded the PMI Project of the Year Award 2019.

And there's MORE... a lot MORE! Companies such as Amazon, Walmart, McDonald's, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Hitachi, Mazda, General Motors, Boeing, BAE, Delta Airlines, Tata Steel and many more have used the TOC principles to engineer a decisive competitive edge and achieve FAST and amazing RESULTS.

The Goal by Dr. Eliyahu (Eli) Goldratt was published in 1984 and went on the become an international best-seller, as well as leading to the creation of one of the top 3 business improvement methodologies used in the world today - the Theory of Constraints (TOC). Critical Chain was developed in the 1990's as an approach for improving the execution of projects, and was subsequently developed to embrace programs and portfolios of projects.

Critical Chain 2020 invites Project Managers and Portfolio Managers to learn this powerful TOC application for Project Management. This two (2) day conference is open to those who are interested in addressing problems related to project management and embracing the power of TOC for ultimate success. Sessions will be offered on introductory, general, and advanced level knowledge for novice to experienced level project practitioners and leaders.
