Why Regenerative Agriculture? Regenerative farming focuses on improving soil health thereby increasing nutrient yields, farm profitability, farmer well-being and tackling global environmental challenges we face due to excess carbon in the atmosphere. With a Theory of Constraints approach, we aim to support regenerative farmers in enhancing Throughput per hectare, achieving premium prices, and making a smooth transition from industrial to regenerative practices. Our Vision: The TOC and RegenAG SIG will focus on:
- Supporting regenerative farmers globally to maximize Throughput per hectare.
- Sharing TOC experiences and case studies in regenerative practices.
- Exploring methods to achieve premium pricing in supply chains or through direct-to-consumer sales.
- Developing a step-by-step S&T (Strategy & Tactic) Tree for a risk-free transition to regenerative agriculture.
