Jennifer Eckman - General Manager

Jennifer Eckman has more than 25 years’ experience with Marketing and Operations management. Jennifer was first introduced to Dr. Eli Goldratt through her position as Marketing Director with Rocco Surace’s CPA firm. Jennifer and Rocco brought Eli and his It’s Not Luck tour to Buffalo in 1994 with an audience of 800+ which grabbed Eli’s attention and sparked a dear and devoted relationship. In 2000 Jennifer joined Goldratt’s Marketing Group working with Alfredo Romero to build and grow TOC self learning materials. In 2020 Jennifer was invited to join TOCICO. She is proud to be working with an incredible group of Board members, committees, TOC members, and TOCICO support team. She is born and raised in Buffalo NY and a proud member of the Buffalo Bills Mafia. She enjoys family time especially ADK hiking with her husband, John. Jennifer holds Master of Science in Marketing at the University of Buffalo, and she is also a Jonah trained by CMG.

Michelle Ackley - Certification and Volunteer Coordinator

Michelle's journey with the Theory of Constraints began at Common Sense Systems, Inc. where she was given the opportunity to volunteer at the TOC Innovation Summit 2023. Loving what she was exposed to, Michelle has since joined the TOCICO team assisting as the Certification and Volunteer Coordinator. A graduate with a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington, Michelle, alongside her husband, has established a home just outside Seattle. Parenting three daughters fills her with pride, and she now delights in doting on her grandson as well. During her leisure time, Michelle immerses herself in camping, gardening, and exploring off-the-beaten path travel destinations.

Tricia Barone - Accounting Specialist

Tricia Barone joined TOCICO in the summer of 2021, performing outside accounting services and financial reporting for the board of directors' monthly meetings.  Tricia was introduced to the organization by Rocco Surace, whom she met in 1999 when she was a client of Gaines Metzler Kriner & Co.  Before founding her bookkeeping business in 2020, Tricia was the Vice President & CFO of Cambria Contracting, a premier demolition contracting company located in Cambria, New York, from 1998 to 2020.  Throughout her time at Cambria Contracting, she wore many hats, but her primary focus was on the company's finances.  Tricia was also involved in the start-up and management of several sister companies in tandem with Cambria Contracting.  She always enjoyed the excitement of learning a new business and overcoming all the challenges of operating a small business.  Now Tricia enjoys lending her knowledge and experience to small businesses and organizations such as TOCICO.

Christianna Devoe - Event Coordinator

Christianna was first introduced to Theory of Constraints in 2004 as a participant in the TOC Odyssey program. She earned her B.A. in Business Management through Niagara University and has 15 years of experience in personnel management and event coordination. Christianna recently joined TOCICO to plan, coordinate, and execute TOCICO events and conferences. She resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband and three children who like to keep her busy with basketball, football, baseball, skiing, soccer and dancing.
