The Thinking Processes are some of TOC’s most powerful tools, but they can be time-consuming to learn and apply. What if you could accelerate the process without losing rigor?In this session, Robert Lee introduces the concept of “AI Employees”—customized large language model agents trained to follow TOC Thinking Processes. These AI Employees don’t replace human judgment; they provide consistent, predictable support that makes it easier to surface UDEs, construct CRTs, build Evaporating Clouds, and even map Future Reality Trees in a fraction of the usual time.Through case examples, Robert will demonstrate how AI Employees have been applied to real business challenges, from improving sales throughput to unblocking partnerships and accelerating personal projects.
