The purpose of the White Papers Papers is to develop and disseminate new TOC knowledge for TOC practitioners, Academics, and the business professional audience.  Subjects can include: TOC certification topics (supply chain logistics, project management, Thinking Processes, finance and measurements, business strategy), special interest topics (ex. healthcare, government) and emerging topics (ex. experimental learning or performance measurement for non-profits).
