*ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING:  All Inclusive Pricing includes all meals, the conference itself AND a room reservation at the conference center.  This is the pricing for the four days of conference only.  If you would like to stay at the conference center either before or after the actual conference days, the price is $197.00 per night.
All inclusive pricing also includes the following:

As stated before, we have only 200 rooms available for people who sign up first.  Once these rooms are filled we will provide information about other hotels in the area.  However, you must make a room reservation at those hotels yourself.  The TOCICO will handle all reservations at the conference center only.

**COMMUTER PRICING:  Please note that the Commuter Pricing for this conference includes only Breakfast, Lunch and the Conference, but
NOT your sleeping room or dinner.  This is the ideal option if you live locally in or around New York, or you would like to find another hotel in the area.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  A full refund will be allowed if written notice is received by June 10 or the fully paid conference registration may be applied to the 2012 international conference.
