Critical Chain Project Management Fundamentals Certification (TOCFC™)

The CCPM Fundamentals Exam offers a globally recognized certification for those who demonstrate a clear, foundational understanding of the TOC core beliefs, concepts and principles for Critical Chain Project Management. This certification is also the first step toward earning advanced credentials as a Certified Practitioner or Certified Implementer in Critical Chain Project Management. Upon passing, you’ll become TOC Fundamentals Certified (TOCFC™) in CCPM and receive a digital certificate.

Single Project 

Objective: Demonstrate recognition and basic understanding of Critical Chain principles as applied to single-project environments, including foundational concepts in planning, scheduling, execution, and continuous improvement.

Multi Project

Objective: Demonstrate recognition and understanding of how Critical Chain concepts apply in multi-project environments, including basic portfolio planning, scheduling considerations, and execution management principles.

TOC Concepts

Objective: Demonstrate recognition and understanding of essential Theory of Constraints terminology, core principles, and foundational thinking process elements that support Critical Chain Project Management.
