The TOC Innovation Summit 2026 has officially wrapped after three incredible days in Manchester, bringing together the TOC community for practical learning, new ideas, and meaningful conversations.
Now, we’re looking ahead to Dallas, Texas for the TOC Innovation Summit 2027.
Planning is already underway for another practitioner-focused event featuring real-world applications of Theory of Constraints, interactive learning, TOCx talks, and opportunities to connect with professionals from across industries and around the world.

Registration is Now Open for TOC + Healthcare 2026
Join us on December 9 for a new educational lineup focused on understanding healthcare bottlenecks, improving flow, and applying Theory of Constraints in practice.
This year’s program goes beyond individual case studies to help attendees understand the concepts, tools, and thinking behind better system performance — with real healthcare examples used to bring those ideas to life.
Explore applications across areas including emergency care, inpatient flow, operating rooms, radiology, outpatient care, and more.
The Critical Chain Online Conference will return in 2027 with a more educational, practical format designed to help participants better understand Critical Chain Project Management and how it can be applied across different project environments.
Rather than focusing only on individual case studies, the program will be built around key concepts, common challenges, practical tools, and real-world examples that help move from understanding to application.
Topics may include project flow, shared resources, multitasking, buffers, priorities, reliability, and the practical challenges organizations face when applying CCPM.
