Call for Speakers
TOCICO Innovation Summit 2026
Manchester, UK | September 2–4
The TOC Innovation Summit brings together people learning, applying, and advancing the Theory of Constraints — across industries, environments, and levels of maturity. This year’s program is designed to focus on the application and practice of the Theory of Constraints.
As a result, submissions should meaningfully contribute to the conversation around why change matters, what needs to change, or how change is carried out and sustained using TOC. The intent of the program is to advance understanding and practice of TOC across industries and levels of maturity.
WHO SHOULD SUBMIT
We welcome proposals from TOC practitioners, TOC thought leaders, educators, and experienced contributors who are actively applying or teaching TOC in real organizational environments. Both new and seasoned voices are encouraged.

All session submissions must clearly align to one or more of the program lenses:
Why change matters | What needs to change | How change is carried out and sustained

Case study submissions should clearly show why change was needed, what was changed, and how TOC was applied.
Submissions should describe:
