Supply Chain Logistics Fundamentals Certification (TOCFC™)
The SCL Fundamentals Exam offers a globally recognized certification for those who demonstrate a clear, foundational understanding of the TOC core beliefs, concepts and principles for Supply Chain Logistics. This certification is also the first step toward earning advanced credentials as a Certified Practitioner or Certified Implementer in Supply Chain Logistics. Upon passing, you’ll become TOC Fundamentals Certified (TOCFC™) in SCL and receive a digital certificate.

Exam Areas & Learning Objectives
5 Steps / Constraints / Demand Driven (Pull) Replenishment
Objective: Demonstrate recognition and basic understanding of the Five Focusing Steps, the role of constraints in supply chain performance, and the foundational principles of demand-driven (pull) replenishment within the TOC framework.
Dynamic Buffer Management / Priorities/ Implementation (S&T)
Objective: Demonstrate recognition and understanding of the purpose and basic concepts of dynamic buffer management, buffer-based priorities, and the role of Strategy & Tactics in guiding TOC supply chain implementation.
Stock Buffers: Placing, Sizing and Reverse Logistics / Concepts and Definitions
Objective: Demonstrate awareness of how TOC Finance and Measurements principles are applied in simple decision-making and performance evaluation scenarios consistent with a Fundamentals level of knowledge.
