TOC Fundamentals Certification (TOCFC™)
The TOC Fundamentals Exam offers a globally recognized certification for those who demonstrate a clear, foundational understanding of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) — its beliefs, principles, and core concepts. This certification is also the first step toward earning advanced credentials as a Certified Practitioner or Certified Implementer in any TOC application area. Upon passing, you’ll earn the TOC Fundamentals Certification (TOCFC™) and receive a digital certificate.

> Understand and apply basic TOC beliefs, paradigms, and the Five Focusing Steps > Distinguish between simple vs. complex systems > Explain goals, necessary conditions, constraints, and global TOC metrics > Differentiate “cost world” vs. “throughput world” thinking
TOC Thinking Processes
> Identify the Change Sequence and core TP tools > Apply logical relationships, categories of legitimate reservations, and assumptions > Create conflict clouds and logical branches for given scenarios > Describe injections, entity relationships, and win-win conflict resolution

> Demonstrate TOC principles in: 1. Supply chain/logistics (Simplified-DBR) 2. Finance and measurements 3.
