What questions do we need to ask ourselves to investigate whether a certain technology has value? Dr Eli Goldratt wrote an article presenting the six questions to evaluate technology shortly after the book Necessary but Not Sufficient was published. His intention was to include it as the introduction to the book, but for some reason, it was never added. Efrat Goldratt has graciously given TOCICO permission to place Dr Goldratt's article on the TOCICO website. The copyrights for this article are and shall remain the sole property of Goldratt1 Ltd.
