Please complete the Level 3 Assessment Form below. This is a detailed synopsis of your implementation work, which will be shared with the Certification Committee.

This synopsis should highlight key aspects of your work, including the solution area, specific challenges addressed, methodologies applied, and outcomes achieved.

Based on your synopsis, the Certification Committee will select a panel of three Level 3 Implementer professionals with expertise relevant to your solution area.

The selected panelists will be those who have an understanding of the industry and related challenges.

Once the panel is determined, we will schedule a pre-assessment interview between you and one of the panelists.

This interview is expected to last 60-90 minutes.

During the interview, you should be prepared to present your work. The panelist may provide feedback on items to add, delete, elaborate on, or fix.

If you pass the pre-assessment, we will schedule the full assessment with the entire panel of three professionals where you will provide a detailed presentation of your work.

This assessment will last approximately 3+ hours.

Based on the nature of your presentation, you should decide if Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) need to be signed by the panelists.
