About Us
The Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) is a global, non-profit organization with a mission to advance the science, adoption, and effective practice of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) through conference, webinars, certifications, resources, and community. Our member-based organization connects individuals, companies, practitioners, consultants, and educators who share a passion for TOC. We're proud to house the world's largest repository of TOC content and provide access to this knowledge to our members.

The Goal by Eli Goldratt was published in 1984 and went on the become an international best-seller, as well as leading to the creation of one of the top business improvement methodologies used in the world today - the Theory of Constraints (TOC).
