Finance and Measures Fundamentals Certification (TOCFC™)
The FM Fundamentals Exam offers a globally recognized certification for those who demonstrate a clear, foundational understanding of the TOC core beliefs, concepts and principles for Finance and Measures. This certification is also the first step toward earning advanced credentials as a Certified Practitioner or Certified Implementer in Finance and Measures. Upon passing, you’ll become TOC Fundamentals Certified (TOCFC™) in FM and receive a digital certificate.

Terms / Concepts
Objective: Demonstrate recognition and understanding of the fundamental TOC Finance and Measurements terminology, definitions, and core concepts within the Theory of Constraints framework.
Measurements
Objective: Demonstrate understanding of the basic TOC measurement framework, including Throughput, Inventory, and Operating Expense, and how these measures are defined and used to evaluate organizational performance.
Applications
Objective: Demonstrate awareness of how TOC Finance and Measurements principles are applied in simple decision-making and performance evaluation scenarios consistent with a Fundamentals level of knowledge.
