This exam certifies the candidate knows and understands TOC terms and concepts that apply to Production & Operations Management. The Production & Operations Management Fundamentals exam consists of the following topic areas:

1. 5 Steps/Constraints
2. Demand Driven (Pull) Replenishment
3. Dynamic Buffer Management
4. Stock Buffers: Placing, Sizing and Reverse Logistics
5. Priorities
6. Concepts and Definitions
7. Implementation (S&T)

Successful completion of the exam will result in a Supply Chain Logistics Fundamentals Certification and you will receive an electronic certificate.

This is an ONLINE proctored, 50-question multiple-choice exam available in English language only. Candidates will have two (2) hours to complete the exam.
