Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) Fundamentals Exam

The Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) Fundamentals exam certifies the candidate knows and understands TOC terms and concepts that apply to Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) for three topic areas:

1. Single Project: Planning and Scheduling, Executing and Managing, and Improving
2. Multi-Project: Portfolio Planning and Scheduling, Executing and Managing
3. General TOC Concepts

Successful completion of this exam will results in a CCPM Fundamentals certification. This is an ONLINE, proctored, 50-question multiple-choice exam available in English language only. Candidates will have two (2) hours to complete the exam.
