TOCICO TOC Journal Special Collection Author Permission and License Agreement Form

By signing below, I confirm that I am the author and/or rights holder of the Paper (title below).

I grant TOCICO (Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Include my paper in the TOCICO TOC Journal Special Collection (2011–2026)

• Reproduce, publish, distribute, and display my paper as part of this collection

• Publish the collection in digital, eBook, PDF, print, and any future formats

• Distribute the collection through TOCICO membership, events, education programs, and/or commercial or non-commercial channels globally

• Include the paper in marketing or promotional materials related to the collection

I understand that:

• I retain full copyright ownership of my individual paper.

• This agreement does not transfer copyright to TOCICO.

• I remain free to publish, distribute, or reuse my paper elsewhere, including in other journals, books, or platforms.

• TOCICO may format the paper as needed for consistency within the collection (e.g., layout, pagination, and minor formatting adjustments), without altering its substantive content.

I confirm that I have the right to grant this permission and that doing so does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
